dolphinigle-butler ("the App") is a private, single-user personal automation operated by its individual owner ("the Owner") for the Owner's own use. By using the App, the Owner agrees to these terms.
The App is a personal tool that assists the Owner with their own routine tasks, including Gmail triage, Google Calendar management, and maintenance of a personal contacts spreadsheet. It is provided for the Owner's private, non-commercial use.
The App is not offered to, and is not intended for, the general public. It has no users other than the Owner and provides no service to third parties.
The Owner will use the App only with accounts and data they own or are authorized to access, and in compliance with Google's applicable terms and policies.
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Owner uses it at their own risk. It may be modified or discontinued at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and its author are not liable for any damages, data loss, or other harm arising from use of the App.
Handling of information accessed through Google APIs is described in the Privacy Policy.
